2018 Buyout Program
As part of Circle Theatre's commitment to partnering with other community organizations, agencies and business, we invite you to participate in our Buyout Program. This program offers your organization a unique theatrical experience by providing a private performance, and a chance to mingle with and meet the actors and production staff! This program also allows your organization to fund-raise with little effort.
It's easy. You receive 400 tickets for the buyout price of $4,000 for musicals and $3,500 for plays. You have the option of giving the tickets to your group or staff for free or using this opportunity as a fundraiser for your organization. By selling your 400 tickets for $25 each, you have the potential of raising over $6,000 for your organization in one night!
You can also hold a reception before or after the show as part of your fundraiser. Aquinas College's Conferencing Department will be glad to assist you with your party planning & catering needs.
Guidelines to Help Your Evening Run Seamlessly
- Any organization can apply for a performance.
- The selection of performances are handled on a first come, first served basis.
- A 50% deposit is required to hold a performance date.
- Final payment must be made 15 days prior to the night of the performance.
- You will receive 400 tickets.
- You may set your own admission price, as long as it is not lower than Circle Theatre's regular price (which ranges between $26-$30).
- We will provide the performance, ushers, tickets and playbills.
- If needed, Circle Theatre will provide full box office services for a minimal fee OR you can provide your own Box Office workers.
- You are welcome to hold a reception in the lobby before or after the performance.
- We will run the concessions at intermission- (no other concessions permitted).
- Circle Theatre's box office will refer callers to a phone number provided by your organization.

Group ticket purchases are an economical way for your organization to enjoy an entertaining summer evening. Inquire through the box office about group availability. Groups of 20 or more will receive a reduced ticket price of 20% (50% off for Magic Circle).
