Joe Dulin
Managing Director
Joe Dulin started working at Circle Theatre in 1982 when he was hired to direct the musical, Sugar. Two years later he was hired to manage the theatre.
During his tenure as managing director, Joe has produced over one hundred shows. Productions he has directed include Once On This Island, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, Forever Plaid, Chess, Talley's Folly, and Big River, among many others.
Don Wilson
Technical Director
Don, a native of Morenci, Michigan, has been working in theater since 1995. He studied Drafting, Theater, Art and Creative Writing at Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan, and has put over 75 productions on his record, including nearly 60 professional productions.
He has worked mainly in and around the Adrian area with the Croswell Opera House, Michigan's oldest theatre (circa 1866). The Croswell is the 6th oldest continually operating theater in the U.S. and is the oldest continually running theater west of Washington, D.C. His work in the theater has ranged from Technical Direction to Scenic Design, Scenic Artistry, Properties, Acting, and Stage Management. His scenic work has earned two Lake Erie West People's Choice Awards, for 1776 (Scenic Artist) and 42nd St. (Scenic Designer). He has also done work for theaters such as the Fort Wayne Civic Theater in Indiana.
Don has also done a share of work writing for theatre, having written book and libretto for an original musical, (Fade To Black), an adapted musical (Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow) which was co-written with Composer David Zabriskie and premiered in October at the Croswell Opera House in 2004, a one act play, (Complex Complex), which premiered in the fall of 2000 at Siena Heights University, and a full play, (Captain Champion), which premiered at SHU in February of 2003.
Don is still a newlywed, and plans to always feel that way. He lives in the Grand Rapids area with his beautiful wife, Cassie, and their cat, Fern. He's a big collector and builder of LEGO. Anything you can think of, he can build it using LEGO. Yes, even scenery.
Lynne Brown Tepper
Production Manager
Lynne's last name may sound familiar to theatre goers. She is married to actor Matt Tepper and is the daughter-in-law of director/choreographer Ken Tepper.
A native of Grand Rapids, Lynne returned from Los Angeles (where she was involved in television production) to join the Circle office staff. That was five years ago. She has appeared on the Circle stage over the years in such shows as: Follies, Into the Woods (1992 & 2002), I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, A Little Night Music, Romance/Romance, West Side Story, Mack & Mabel, Sunday in the Park With George, Baby (1987) and Nine(1986).
Lynne has also appeared with other local theatres, including Actors' Theatre: The Rocky Horror Show, The Last Five Years and Violet (Grand Award) and Civic Theatre: The Women, Anything Goes, Cabaret, Annie Get Your Gun, Noises Off, and Lend Me A Tenor.

Joni enjoys her job as Box Office Manager at Circle Theatre. But she does not enjoy bios. So she won't bore you with any further information. However, she will see you at the show!
